Always a long wait if you want to talk to somebody... However on the up side, they do have a lot of items that you can buy for your car for maintenance and for extras like car radios, snow chains and roof racks. They almost always have their own make and a real make, like Bosch and so on. It's not particularly cheap, maybe worthwhile buying your item on the internet... Good car service here, but again when you pick up your car you are talking to them for twenty minutes. Spark plugs and diesel preheat plugs are kept in a locked cabinet and so you have to queue to ask them. NOTE : they do not do refunds only a purchase voucher 😵 which is valid for a couple of months... So I stocked up on headlights H7

I booked a visit to Feu Vert Purpan on line: I have chosen the type of service and supplied all data regarding my car, including reg. number. The web site engine correctly recognized my car and made the offer for the services. As I accepted the offer and selected the date and time of the visit, Feu Vert asked for payment. I paid immediately through PayPal. Soon I received confirmation e-mail. In the afternoon of the day before the agreed date, somebody from Feu Vert called me saying that the offer i had chosen is "...too good..." (!?!?), that Feu Vert would not do the job for that price and that they would do the job for 30 Euro more that the price agreed. I came to garage on agreed date and time in effort to understand what is going on and only was offered to choose between 2 options: either to pay 30 Euro more or to apply for refund. I decided to apply for refund. (I keep all the documents and correspondence of my first and only contact with Feu Vert.)
