Very good team, efficient and kind It's a shame that a closure is planned for the end of the year, so it's not a gift

Very good service from the workshop manager and mechanics. Fast and competent. Fully satisfied. I just found that the price of the spare part, a plastic tank at Nissan (the same as on some Renaults) was so high, more than €1100 including VAT. This is of course beyond the control of the Renault workshop which carried out the repair and which charged me a decent price for the labor.

Very good experience at the Renault Decazeville dealership, a big thank you to Jean Delclaux the sales advisor for his professionalism. The workshop for monitoring my vehicle is also top notch!

We had an appointment on January 27 at 10:30 a.m. with the new car salesman, and when we arrived his colleague was surprised and said to us "ha he's not working today he must have forgotten you" we had organized to have our little one looked after 3 years old. Lack of seriousness!!! And the good news is that this Mr. never called us back to apologize!

Renault Decazeville what happened? Fans of the diamond brand and more particularly of the Renault sports branch, we have been accustomed to purchasing from Renault dealerships since the 2000s: Twingo GT, RS, Scenic, Megane GT, Clio IV RS Trophy, Laguna II… We have always been well received and our vehicles have always been delivered with the greatest care specific to the Renault brand. Unfortunately within this dealership we had a bad experience receiving our Megane 3 GT. Administratively it was hell. We had to fight with the seller so that he could send us the RIB in order to prepare the purchase transfer. Obviously this did not shock the dealership since 48 hours before delivery of the vehicle I still had not received the bank details of the establishment. I had to use email to receive it. This caused major problems on the day since we made the transfer 24 hours before delivery. Once there, the seller is surprised not to have the money in the dealership's account and makes us understand that we will not be able to leave with the vehicle. Very annoying fact, we came from the Paris region (7 hours drive) to collect the vehicle. Fortunately, our Bank and the dealership's secretarial service resolved the situation: Phew, we could leave with the vehicle. But unfortunately the most surprising is yet to come. The seller did not warn us that the entire right rear wing had been repainted (roughly). Big surprise when seeing the vehicle (traces of oxidation visible on the bodywork!) However, I had asked the seller (written exchanges in support) about the visible defects of the vehicle. This one didn't mention it and I naturally trusted him. Secondly, if administrative setbacks can occur and remain excusable (despite the inconvenience and stress caused for the customer), the delivery of our vehicle in a dirty, unprepared interior condition is much less so as evidenced by the animal hairs found everywhere inside the vehicle. We continue our progress: The final blow when leaving just in front of the dealership: rear left brake light that doesn't work.. oops for 7 hours of driving it's a task. On arrival we noticed that the trunk lock was not working, in addition to a faulty turbo solenoid valve. My vehicle had to sit for 1 week without the trunk being able to close. How can we deliver a vehicle of this range to customers who have taken the trouble to drive 7 hours and deliver a vehicle in this condition? My mother was allergic to animal hair and she suffered throughout the journey. Very accustomed to the high standard of preparation of Renault vehicles during deliveries, we were very disappointed (the word is moderate) with the condition in which our vehicle was delivered. We of course escalated the problem to the dealership. In total, we were offered cleaning by the dealership with supporting invoice, with the understanding that we had to advance costs even though the preparation of the vehicle is already included in the delivery! So I had to clean the vehicle myself, taking my time. So I regret giving one star which is the minimum. The only positive point concerns the mechanical side because the vehicle was delivered by the mechanical workshop revised and up to date. I am very disappointed. Renault decazeville has not provided, in view of my experience, a performance index reflecting the standing of the Renault brand. I don't recommend. PS: we do not have animals.
