The very nice lady on the phone but TOTAL incompetence of the bodywork service, I wasted 2 months waiting for your return what a waste of time retro still not repaired I will look elsewhere! IF YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE GO FOR IT!!

4 stars for the repair (not 5 because it was expensive). -2 stars because they allow themselves to stick an ad on cars, without asking or warning. I don't admit that. It's particularly surprising that you remember that it was taken care of when it wasn't, or that if it was, you strangely completely failed to inform me of it when it was taken care of. As for the sticker, you don't have to decide whether I want it or not; you can offer, do this behind the customer's back, that's not correct.

I will give my opinion only on the services I performed: - change of tires - parallelism I've been working with this garage for a few years and so far I have nothing to complain about: - correct customer service++ - correct technical service++ - average price.
