Following a repair on my vehicle which was supposed to last one day, lack of availability of the part my vehicle immobilized for 3 days, rental required for my part following important medical appointments. And this agency never wanted to take care of the rental of the car, it places the blame on the customer service which should compensate me even though Renault France confirmed to me that they are independent and it was good to them to rent a vehicle and compensate me for this inconvenience! I do not recommend this garage
