Good morning First positive experience. Loss on Friday, assessment on Wednesday and repairs planned in 7 working days. Professional and friendly welcome on site. Same first telephone contact, the lady at reception was reassuring which is great after a disaster. Same thing for his colleague who also reassured me regarding the repairs. I will come back to provide a FINAL opinion after the work has been carried out. Final assessment (which I was late in putting): POSITIVE for a repair on a human scale. Color very good, rim repair very good, door replacement very good, no complaints. I am completely satisfied with this first experience. I admit that I had never put my vehicle in a competing garage but I really don't regret it. Very professional body shop 150 meters from a bus stop so if you don't need a ready vehicle you can go home without any worries.
