Called this afternoon for a starting problem. Mr Brun called me back 5 minutes later and came to the site within 15 minutes. In the top! In the end the battery was discharged. Where many mechanics would have taken advantage of the breakdown to change the battery, Mr Brun simply found the origin of the breakdown and helped us out on site by recharging the battery. We (my wife and I) went for a 5-day hiking trip in the mountains and parked our car at the end of a dirt road in very remote parking place near Valmeinier. The 5th-day late in the afternoon we returned to our car but unfortunately it did not want to start. After mediation by the ANWB we where called by this company. The person knew our location and promised to be there in half an hour. After 20 minutes he was there! As expected he confirmed that the battery was bad. After consultation it was quickly replaced with a new one and everything was okay. Good, quick, adequate service and very friendly person.
