Very very nice customer experience with Best Drive Chambéry. I had a left rear tire problem. I called at 2:30 p.m. They could pick me up at 3:30 p.m. just exceptional!!! Even more so when you have the stress of a flat tire... The ladies who manage the calls, the reception and the sales follow-up are also exceptional, and more particularly the lady to the left of the entrance.... Thank you and as a thank you I think I'm going to do the oil change during the month of July...And yes when you are accommodating and you are commercially efficient in this way you have to know how to thank... Seen for several repairs which went quite badly each time... My husband took his car in for an oil change, a few days later there was no more oil in the engine he went to add more (already not normal since this was supposed to be done!) and there was plastic in the engine (where we put the oil inside so it had burned with the remaining oil!) we call to explain and the person on the phone asks the mechanic how is this possible and this mechanic “he’s a myth poor guy…. . " and so on I don't remember the exact words but basically…. Finally, in no case have we lacked respect and he is insulted. I decide to give it another chance; to err is human; I go there to change a caliper and do an oil change, they kept my vehicle for 1 week and on Friday at 5 p.m. they called me to tell me that they broke a part and will have to keep my vehicle for a few more days! I went back to pick up my vehicle a few days after a €750 bill, and I had to go back twice because the brake fluid was leaving so my vehicle was turning red, they hadn't properly repaired the broken part . Aside from that, they still remain nice in general (apart from this mechanic, there are no problems with the rest of the staff, on the contrary)

Superb service! They were direct, honest, and full of expertise when we visited after my wife broke down in a stressful situation. Their good attitude and approach really calmed his stress. A pleasure to work with them.

They are incapable of making a complete geometry (parallelism and camber). As for parallelism, they know how to do that. For the camber (adjustable on my Mercedes Sprinter utility vehicle, to be done absolutely following a shock absorber replacement done by me) they don't know how to do it. And yet I took it back to the garage after noticing that the camber had not been adjusted. The mechanic told me: “I can’t do better”. Result: I lost €110. Visually, the wheels are not vertical (very obvious). The exteriors of the tires are blown.
