A garage like few others exist!!! Service.. listening.. welcome.. always making your customer happy... The little extra of cleaning the car when you take it for service or something else!! I highly recommend

A horror ! My partner and I bought a used vehicle, everything seemed promising, only then problems appeared. We took it as long as it was under warranty according to the garage there was never anything. Once the warranty ended the problems and you are still there we took it to another garage, a rain of repairs fell on us. The car did not hold up. Small modification of the opinion following your response: I don't see why I would set foot in a garage again, which is content to do the bare minimum, which does not take responsibility for its mistakes, despite our return trips to your car dropped us in the middle of the road which could have been a danger both for others and for ourselves.

This dealership is a disaster, 4 C5 Air-cross vehicles equipped TAXI with known engine failure (chain break), catastrophic charging, vehicle immobilized for up to 4 months (difficult when it is your work tool), is hiding behind the CITROEN France network to get rid of their incompetence, one of the vehicles recovered 3 weeks ago is already broken down, response from the dealership "Well it's happening" and still a vehicle waiting to be picked up response "we're waiting for a return from the manufacturer" it will last for weeks..... Totally incompetent and absolutely not trying to make things happen, just waiting for the manufacturer to return......

Sent to this garage by my insurance following an accident, my car was returned to me with a deep impact on the door. Bad faith follows by claiming that it was me who made this mark between the expertise and the repair. Forced to insist strongly to win the case.
