To simply escape. My car was towed to this garage following flooding. After two weeks, no news, I call and the boss clearly tells me that he will not work on my car because it is too complicated an engine (he is a mechanic or pastry chef), I specify that the engine is a 4 cylinder turbo. So I organize the towing of my vehicle to my usual mechanic, and the Hector garage tells me that my car is at its depot even though I had not even been warned of this. And on the day of the towing I called back to make sure that the vehicle was still at the depot because the towing company wanted to be sure and Hector's boss told me that my vehicle was in STA. No professionalism.

Superb body work, paint redone on my Audi A5 and as a bonus vehicle returned washed inside and out. Top notch service. Very satisfied. Thanks to them.

The important thing is the ending. And frankly, delivery of the vehicle after an accident, with a little patience, the result is great! Good job, vehicle returned perfect and clean. I recommend.

Avoid this unreliable garage, they canceled my second appointment at the last minute, only to offer me another one 2 weeks later. It is difficult, if not impossible, to contact them due to their messaging system. The one time my appointment was, they didn't even bother to call me to inform me that the diagnosis had been completed two days ago and that I could come pick up my vehicle.

3 months to have an accident vehicle covered by insurance repaired. What do you think? ... not to mention the condition upon return: hand marks of grease all over the dashboard, I strongly advise against it!
