We had a problem with the charging unit and leisure battery on our Chausson 610 Motorhome. The lady in the shop (Sara) was incredibly kind and helpful, and together with her colleague in the garage, they quickly diagnosed the problem and changed the parts. Although we arrived about 40 mins before they were due to close, they stayed on and helped us on our way and thereby rescued our holiday.

I called in to AB Caravans without any appointment last week while travelling from Italy back to Ireland in my camper van. The fuse had blown inside my Truma air conditioning unit due to a power surge on an Italian campsite and they were unbelievably helpful and friendly. They took my van in straight away and dismantled the unit to replace the fuse without delay. I was back on the road just over an hour and a half later. I would highly recommend their service and Thanks again to the whole team there for looking after us. Andy & Gill

We had a problem sourcing a part for our camper and these guys were kind enough to help me order the part online and get it delivered to them. So refreshing rather than the “sorry we don’t have it” we got everywhere else. Thank you again you saved our holiday.
