An aggressive and screaming welcome, arriving with my dog, to accompany a friend to pick up her car. There is neither a sign prohibiting entry with a dog posted at the gate of an EPR (Establishment Receiving the Public), nor any warning for the presence of aggressive and biting guard dogs, according to the manager. I got EJECTED, by the boss, in the pouring rain, with carter language and shouting. He stirred up with his vociferations the excitement of his two “dangerous German shepherds” (according to his own words, I had only seen one when I arrived, who had behaved appropriately). Arriving on the sidewalk, he ordered me to move out of front of his gate, because of a risk of attack by his dogs. Their dogs can therefore endanger the safety of passers-by and are neither tied nor under control. Is it to impress the helpless people he seems to be ripping off, shamelessly, by reading the articles below? So I had to wait more than a quarter of an hour under the water cover and at a distance from the garage with no shelter nearby. The informed municipal police considered the situation "normal", "if the dogs bite you, the responsibility of the business manager", if they do not pass through the gate, there is no problem. I will take advice from the National Police.
