To avoid defective turbo and lousy customer service I lost €300

Turbo repairer not very honest regarding deadlines and price which is done at the customer's expense. Be wary of always asking for a written quote because when it comes to invoicing it's no longer the same and when you tell the boss that he's not honest and doesn't have a good memory his only response is to insult far.
