Good, affordable and, above all, friendly and committed customer service! We practically broke down in our classic car after a long trip from Switzerland on vacation (whistling and smoking engine...). Since the spare part was no longer available new (expected, as the manufacturer Audi was sold out), I organized something myself in the used market in the UK. The day after the material arrived we already had our appointment, even though the garage had more than enough work (at the beginning of September) after the summer holidays. Execution was prompt, clean and cheap. The mechanic even dismantled the defective part to make sure that we had actually found and fixed the cause of the problem (torn membrane in the crankcase ventilation). In addition, while waiting, I noticed out of the corner of my eye how a customer with a relatively new car who asked for a maintenance service that was still unnecessary was given correct advice (nothing to do yet because it wasn't necessary yet). All in all, the kind of business partner you would want, especially if you, as a tourist, only come here once in your life. Highly recommended!

I had a puncture problem while I was on vacation and I was back on the road 2 days later. The Carval garage was very responsive, the tires were ordered and the problem resolved within 24 hours! All this with great kindness and honesty. Thank you so much
