I give 1 star otherwise it would be none. My robotic mower has been there for 2 months, they are unable to lend a mower!!! It's a shame this after-sales service and to treat customers this way the person had to come Tuesday evening to look for the base because maybe it would be the battery and surprise no one came even better it's up to the customer to dismantle and to take them to their house given the slowness of the service it is unacceptable I will be forced to buy a mower to mow my lawn.! I broke down with my camper van on a Saturday. I urgently needed a belt. It was Peugeot who sent me to them and frankly, a thousand thanks!! A super friendly, understanding team who also found me the right belt. I was told 3 weeks for a review, but what month? I forgot to ask well yes 1 and a half months I hope it works well.

Saving worrying, removal of sthil mower 3 years old, oil change service, finally engine blocked after said oil change at home with foreign body found frozen in the cylinder. The repairman tells me that it's strange that the engine has tightened? Management tells me it's my fault and no commercial gesture after 40 years of activity with them. I leave with my loose mower left in the parking lot. To flee

Lacking professional client relations. If you bring your lawn equipment here for repair, don’t be surprised to have it sit in the yard ignored while parts are picked from it. Resist the statement from staff that your equipment is worthless and to allow this garage to do you the favor of “ disposing” of it for you . Expect a bill in excess of one hours repair wage just for them to have a simple look at your part . Then expect that if you don’t pay 150 % the cost of a new mower to repair your item, it will be handed back to you in pieces without reassembly . In fact , don’t be surprised to find parts newly inoperable after being being handled by the garage , rendering your item in worse condition than it was when it was brought in . I was informed by a staff member that most of their brands were a mistake to buy , unless it’s the most expensive one in the shop of course . The arrogance , lack of decency and unnecessary exhorbitant repair estimate has disuaded us from buying or repairing there ever again . We intend to share our dissatisfaction with everyone we know . Unfortunately, what I have shared appears to be a common matter among other clients too as it’s already been exposed here . I look forward to the day this place is no longer one of the few options for local residents .
