Very good garage lots of choice of vehicles nice Ford dealership with friendly staff

Very angry, since an accident occurred on my panoramic roof, the antenna having been broken by an automatic garage door. Since May 23, the Ford dealership in Lisieux has informed me that Ford France is sending it defective parts with defects so that they had to request 3 times the total panoramic roof, the part of the antenna being attached to the roof. I'm putting together a file because it can't last any longer, they're just leading me along, I don't have to suffer such damage, how new parts ordered can arrive defective, it's going to be two months since my car has been monopolized in the garage against a vehicle loan and I have to go on vacation on July 20 and the kms are limited 😡 Supposedly the part was supposed to arrive at the dealership between July 6 and 10 and still nothing. I will have to act according to whom my letters are sent, I just have to send them. How new parts can be late and arrive with defects is not normal. Enough is enough, I'm fed up 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Vehicle reserved. Insurance paid 160km journey. Result on site: wrong vehicle! Nothing to do with that negotiated by telephone and email! €4,000 difference in options and no compensation or commercial gesture. We were wrong sorry thank you goodbye. No consideration for the customer on the part of the manager. The seller was very disgusted!
