My car went to Citroen Dauville on july 18 and i was told it will be diagnosed and repaired in three weeks time in general and I was told to call to check if it can be earlier than three weeks. I made a call after a week and the receptionist promised that my car will be seen in a week time, then no news. I keep calling and she keeps giving me new dates. Today, she said "call us next wednesday ". That will be beyond their own deadline. Very bad planning.
